We at  Beauticianchic  pride ourselves on our high levels of customer satisfaction. We maintain a high standard of quality control whilst ensuring that our customers receive nothing short of the best quality service, best beauty product, finest quality of human hair extensions and wigs, beauty essentials, flawless braids, flawless frontal instal and flawless makeup. 

We use the best quality gears for our photography, videography and media coverage.

All our hair products and beauty products are of the best quality.

As part of our quality assurance measures, every order is thoroughly inspected before shipping to maintain our customers’ premium standard requirements.

We will check any service rendered in our salon/studio to ensure it meets our standard and our customer is satisfied and happy before our job is done.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds are not allowed; however, exchanges may be accepted subject to the terms and conditions below:

  • We will agree to exchange any purchased product for another product of equal value or offer store credit if the product is returned within 72 hours after the recorded receipt of the item.
  • Due to sanitation requirements, we will not accept any returns or exchanges of products where the seal holding the hair together has been untied or cut off.
  • All shipping and handling costs will be at the customer’s expense; therefore, we suggest sending through a courier that provides tracking information and delivery confirmation since we are not responsible for lost packages.
  • We must receive the merchandise before an exchange can be made.

In a case where any of the conditions above are not met, we reserve the right to refuse an exchange.

Orders for delivery within Nigeria are free and is sent by dispatch riders. 

Please note that orders placed by 4 pm on Friday for the next day guaranteed will be delivered on Monday.

All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on Monday. All deliveries are made between 9 am – 1 pm, which would need to be signed for (except bank holidays).
